Overview

Each month your team assembles reporting packs by hand for every client entity. We build and run your month-end management reporting: Xero and Karbon data pulled for every client entity, reconciled against last month, checked for anomalies, assembled into partner-ready PDF packs with commentary placeholders, and filed back into each client's Karbon work item with a review task for the responsible partner.

This version reflects our conversation after version 1: we start with the reporting pack and keep partner dashboards as an option you can add now or later.

What we'll build

Included

  • Pull trial balance, P&L and balance sheet from Xero for each active client entity
  • Compare against the prior month and flag movements above the threshold you set
  • Assemble a branded PDF pack per entity with a commentary page for the partner
  • File each pack into the client's Karbon work item and assign a review task
  • A monthly summary email to the practice manager listing packs ready for review

Packs are drafts for your partners to review. Nothing is sent to your clients automatically.
